• maintaining networks, servers and security programs and systems
• Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to a company's network.
• Reproduce issues in our VMs, Hyper-V servers to find the root causes and plan for the fix, when each VM (Windows server) should reflect our employees and service's Customer environment.
• Working on cloud Azure solution Platform and be able to work with support team to resolve and troubleshoot environment problems
• monitor the use of email, create and change passwords, make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed
• Consolidated, deployed and monitored back office servers and SAN storage, Windows domain infrastructure, directly supporting internal staff workstations and laptops.
• Configuration and maintenance of health of various server, workstation and network systems, Microsoft Exchange and associated email services in addition to the health and operations for backup Environment.

• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
•Perform tests on hardware and software components and be responsible for the co-ordination of acceptance testing with customers and third parties.
• Perform change management, configurations, design and implementation of the supported products and systems.
•Implement and deployed (windows server update service, DSM, McAfee Virus scan enterprise & EPO) make sure that all the client are working correctly.
