▪ Contact Centers enhancement for NGHA-WR Patient Services, through increasing the number of contact centers by 26+ contact centers, with 100+ Agents, serving 25, 000 patients, this enhancement includes performance improvement, monitoring, auditing, and reporting which resulted in a maximum of five-minute average waiting time. | 2016 - 2012
❖ Responsibilities:
▪ Led and managed a Communication team, with the responsibility to empower the team members to be self-motivated, self-accountable, and have the spirit to be up to date to be capable to innovate and leave an impact in our organization.
▪ Oversee the operation of communication systems, including their availability and reliability, and evaluate and implement the approved plans and designs of the telecommunication systems for new expansions at the NGHA and affiliated facilities.
▪ Support the development of departmental strategy, such development includes internal DPP-Departmental Policy and Procedures, external APP-Administrative Policy and Procedures, also risk management strategy, disaster recovery plan, and communication systems backup procedures.
▪ Project Planning, monitoring, development, and upgrading related communications supporting systems, while maintaining the smooth operation of communication facilities in all Western Region sites through preventive and corrective maintenance.

❖ Responsibilities:
▪ Designed research protocols with research associates; troubleshoot problems as they arose; initiated alternative protocols/approaches and modified existing techniques for better efficiency.
▪ Part of the technology transfer national program to generate electronic design generation which will lead the electronics
design industry in the KSA market through working in the research and development for multiple projects.

opportunity for on-job training as part of KACST collaboration with “Soft Machines” Startup located in California Silicon
Valley” and “SM-Silicon-India Hyderabad Hi-tech-city”, | 2010 - 2014.
▪ Worked as Researcher in multiple projects such: "EARN" Project (Towards Development of Energy Aware
Reconfigurable Wireless Sensor Node architecture), "ZigBee" IP Transceiver Design and development project.
