• Achieved zero Out of stock/distress in the exports department by ensuring zero back orders for 3months.
• Implementing Vendor managed inventory on our biggest supplier for an Inventory Reduction of PKR 30M
• Introducing Just in time inventory management on Soap noodles for an Inventory reduction of PKR 40M.
• Being part of a team that brought down the inventory WOC from 9.8 weeks to 4.1 weeks.
• Accountable for maintaining Export demand report by taking orders through emails from countries.
• Providing supply planners with export demand and ensuring delivery of product to vessel through co-ordination with production, logistics and warehouse teams
• Communicate changes to Procedures to all relevant personnel, maintaining the smooth supply of goods whilst doing so.
• Ensure to raise Performa invoice of export goods and its order processing and relevant documentation
