CRM: (Overview)
• Monitoring all incoming/new quotation request from KAM and Customer inquiry from time to time
• Summary of CRM - usage and function
• Mapei Quotation (Run Report) - Prices for customer (summary of quoted
products/customer)

Quotations:
• Uploading new quotation (placing of notes in CRM if info is avail from KAM)
• Checking of approved and existing product price of quotation (if required by KAM)
• Revalidate the price in the approved quotation before quoting - in order not to duplicate the existing price or quote diff price (if no project in particular)
• Validating & resubmission of rejected quotation
• Project sheet - combining/linking of quotation to a project sheet (Mape quotes, diff
customer but quoted the same project)
• Creation of new potential customer - new lead
• Sales order details (customer/product sales history/quotation reference) - In coordination with CSR Team
• Customer status, payment terms and allocated sales Rep
• Revision of existing quotation / prices
• Validating & resubmission of rejected quotation
Documentation:
• Maintaining of Letter & Correspondence
• Technical Submittal (soft copy/hard copy)
• Maintaining number of Technical Submittal per KAM per Project on a monthly basis
• Others - as maybe assigned/directed by KAM


OTHERS (If required):
• Coordinating with Customer related to quotations (if necessary)
• Others - drafting letters as instructed by KAM

• Prepare courier documents with accurate receiver's information and arrange for collection.
• Responsible for distribution of Cheques to the suppliers in coordination with Fin.

• Verify courier bills department wise and forward the same for approval.
• Responsible for preparing Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders & Move Orders
related to Administration.
• Labeling of HR & Administration related files in the standard format.
• Responsible for giving First Aid to the employees.
• Providing Secretarial support for the tasks related to Hygiene & Safety Dept.
