Spearhead Mechanical Systems Design:
Oversee the design of essential mechanical systems—including HVAC, fire safety systems, seawater systems, diesel generators, heat exchangers, and material handling equipment—on both onshore and offshore substations.

Coordinate with certification bodies (e.g., DNV), and ensure strict adherence to relevant standards (DNV-ST-0145, DNV-ST-0378, and DNV-SE-0480). Successfully navigated complex certification processes for Topside Main Cranes, resolving vendor certification gaps to avoid project delays.

Drive Innovation and Environmental Compliance:
Conduct feasibility studies on replacing PFAS and AFFF materials in renewable systems. Initiate and manage a cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory engagement to support long-term environmental sustainability and compliance for the Baltica 02 project’s future phases.

Execute Vendor and Contractor Oversight:
Review technical proposals and tender submissions from contractors, providing critical analysis and ensuring alignment with Ørsted’s standards, project specifications, and overall objectives.

Optimize Project Documentation and Compliance:
Produce detailed documentation for FAT, supervision, commissioning activities, and handover processes, while ensuring alignment with ISO 9001-2015 standards.

Engage in Continuous Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress, implement training and awareness programs for PFAS alternatives, and drive continuous improvement across the PFAS retrofit plan in alignment with Ørsted’s sustainability goals.

I worked as a Project Engineer, Mechanical and Piping Engineer for a local engineering consultant. I can work within a tight schedule and am capable of handling projects with minimal obstruction.

Demonstrated versatility by taking on multiple roles, including: as a Project Management Consultant (PMC), Mechanical/Piping Design Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Fire Safety Engineer, and Project Engineer.

Review and endorse Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, and EPCC contractor documents (as PMC).

Prepare EPCC documents and detailed drawings based on the scope of work/supply during secondment as a contractor.

Review the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Plan, Project Execution and Quality Plan (PEQP), Risk Assessment, Job Loss Analysis (JLA), and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Monitor and manage project progress, performance, evaluation, and dissemination activities.

Execute, monitor, and ensure works comply with the client's HSE, quality, codes, standards, and local authority rules and regulations.

Participate in HAZOP, PASR, FSAR, HER, and EMOC meetings from pre-commissioning through commissioning and start-up, until handover.

Technical coordination with internal disciplines (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Instrument Process, and Health Safety Engineering) with Vendor, Contractor, Local Authority, and Client.

Prepare Piping & Mechanical Design Basis and Fire & Gas Safety Design Philosophy (FSDP).

Prepare and review the Technical Bid evaluation (TBE) for vendor proposals.

Prepare, check, and review Piping Isometrics, Piping GA, Piping Equipment layout, Piping wall thickness, and Insulation thickness calculations.

Prepare and review Tender documents, including design criteria, supplementation toward client standards, project specifications, procedures, scope of work/supply, philosophy, addenda, and corrigenda.

Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASTM, ASME, ASHRAE, API, NFPA, UBBL, PTS, NORSOK, Shell DEP, ExxonMobil DP & MS Standards.

I am attached to the Technical Department. I had been given chances as an active and dynamic team player in the department. I enrolled as a project leader, which focuses on:

1) Prepare and propose a new line setup from sub-assembly to final process
2) Jig designing to increase workability and efficiency
3) Prepare all the details needed for mass production
4) Create the Safety Protocol and working environment
5) Present monthly report to management regarding product development, process capability, etc
6) In charge of quotation (tooling cost) preparation.
