•Analyzing organizational charts and project information to identify areas of duplication and determine work units.
•Studying functional statements to determine the responsibilities of workers.
•Helping and mentoring in the development production and establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples.
•Working closely with production department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
•Collaborating with configuration control and design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effectual production methods.
•Inspecting plant and equipments to keep constant high performance
•Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into production environments.
