Developed a strategic document for the operational framework of the school with the aim of achieving great success in areas market penetration and brand visibility
•Created and developed a strategic plan for the school, in line with its vision, which is to make children financially independent and self-reliant in the future
•Actively participate in training of Staff, liaising with consultants and doing quality checks on resource materials to ensure alignment with the schools set objectives
•Continuous consultations, development, monitoring and review of policies to ensure delivery of the overall aims and objectives, ensuring these are benchmarked against national and global trends
•Put in place an ethos which provides a collaborative educational vision of excellence and direction which secures effective teaching and successful learning and achievement for pupils.
•Continuous monitoring & Mentoring of staff to ensure they are up to speed with the company’s vision, mission and set goals and objectives
•Chairperson of the curriculum development committee & Review by partnering with relevant stake holders
•Developed Scheme of Work for key stage 1-key stage 4
•Review of weekly lesson plans for teachers.
•Developed a performance management plan for all staff to ensure optimum productivity and motivation
•Led the team to produce and revise a school development plan relevant to the needs and development of the pupils and of the potential resources available to the school.
