People Relations Management:
• Monitoring and managing employee’s leaves, WFH, and day to day attendance record.
• Manage company discipline, and conduct any actions when needed.
• Maintaining, Reviewing and updating the organization’s policies and procedures according to the business need and the Saudi labor law.
• Administer legal and other processes including terminations, disciplinary and resignations.
• Conduct employees’ on boarding/ exit processes and keep updating the process to match the company's needs.
• Manage the health insurance provider agreement and well as administer employee health insurance plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure a high level of confidentiality relating to personal staff information.

Culture Management:
• Developing and implementing initiatives that enhance positive organizational values and culture as well as employees’ satisfaction.
• Implement measured quarterly campaigns to enhance the awareness of a required issue. And measure the effectiveness of the campaign after the implementation.
• Prepare and manage all internal and external events.

People Success Management
• Conduct monthly CFR meetings with all the employees, analyze the feedback from the meeting and plan action on the mentioned point to ensure employee satisfaction
• Provide quality and timely HR Support Services for all the employees.
• Prepare and conduct interns, part time, and full time employee’s performance evaluations.
• Conduct weekly meetings with all the departments to monitor their performance by using KPI’s, OKR’s, Trello, and ASANA, and propose ideas and support when needed.
• Assist in developing methods of measuring performance management making sure it aligns with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with line managers to assess and analyze their employees training needs, develop a training curriculum, and deliver training courses.
• Evaluate frequently training procedures, analyze course effectiveness, and update curriculum, as needed.

Recruitment Support:
• Attending 1st and 2nd round interviews, and play a key role in selecting the talent.
• Managing the job offers and play a key role in making decision on the offer presented
• Regularly update the company employment contract with the legal department to match the Saudi labor law.
• Negotiate the employment contracts with the new hiring including interns, part time, and full-time contracts.
