Responsibility for day-to-day reporting to regulatory bodies, statutory filing and preparation of working papers for meetings and committees. Coordinate and convening meetings of Board of directors, record minutes, coordinating and handling legal affairs and litigation matters independently, liaison with regulatory bodies, Legal advisers and board members.
Drive the effective delivery of HR programs.
Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution.
Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Basic Function
Developing and monitoring deployment of the Group's strategy, annual operating plans and budgets for Board approval. Reviewing operational activities and set policies where these are not reserved to the Board. Allocating resources across the Group.
• Develop, implement and maintain human resource policies and procedures framework for the organization. Ensures the successful implementation of the HR policies
• Develop and maintain compensation programs within the budget guidelines of the Company.
• Play the lead role in recruitment / employment and ensures workforce planning, so that the positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner. And Create Job Descriptions of all positions.
• Carries out comprehensive Succession Planning exercises so that the organization has a well-defined replacement system in place.
• Ensure the maintenance of the human resource information system HRIS.
• Design, develop and implements the Performance Management System in the organization to reduce subjectivity and increase objectivity in results and evaluation.
• Supervise the conducting of the performance appraisals. Process all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and pay adjustments. And ensure that all necessary documents are received, information is entered into computer database, and forward to payroll.
• Conduct training need assessments to measure the training needs for all departments. Organize training Programs. Keep track of the training sessions, seminars and workshops offered by different training institutions.
• Supervise the payroll of all the employees, includes checking of OPD Medical, Overtime, Transport Allowance, Bonus, EOBI, SESSI, Income tax and other allowances given time to time.
• Maintain the group medical insurance & life insurance scheme of the company. Also helps the employees in claiming their reimbursements of medical claims.
