• To prepare precise and comprehensive waterproofing CAD drawings and technical details in alignment with
Architectural, structural, and MEP layout, ensuring protection of the structure from water ingress.
• Prepare Shop drawings, As built drawings and details showing application methods (liquid membrane, torch membrane,
bitumen etc..), layer build-up and slope calculations, material transition and joint details etc….
• Develop and revise CAD drawings for waterproofing systems including Basement, Roof and terrace, Wet areas(Toilet,
kitchen, balconies), Expansion joint and retaining wall.
• Prepare Vinyl floor layout showing roll direction, joint locations, and weld/seam details to avoid visible cuts. Shows exact
dimensions and cutting details for factory or on-site execution and to avoid wastage of rolls.
• Coordinate with Architectural and structural teams to ensure integration with the overall design and coordinate with site
engineers and project managers for field-related drawing adjustment.
• Prepare shop drawings for waterproofing systems as per manufacturer specs and consultant/engineer requirements.
• Using Microsoft office for documentation and reports.
• Update drawings based on site changes, RFI responses, and change orders. Prepare accurate as-built waterproofing
drawings for project handover.

• Working with contractors, local authorities and external agencies for various works related Jal Jeevan mission work.
• Actively listened to consumers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to higher authorities.
• Bill preparation and Estimation JJM Works.
• Design location drawings using AutoCAD.
• Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.

• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects (Residential, Commercial&Public
properties).
• Creating 2D drawings and design using AutoCAD.
