I am currently working with Tax Goddess (Tax Consultants - USA's top 3) as Sales Specialist. My job includes reaching out to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and entertain their inquiries and then evaluate if they're eligible for our services.
If they are, then I will schedule a Zoom meeting with them for initial discover and then hand them over to the Tax Team.
I joined them back in September 2021 as a freelancer lead gen specialist. Initially, my job was to cold call businesses and offer them a complimentary consultation for their website audit. I was later promoted to Trainer and Team Lead where I was handling a small team of 4 resources working with me. I would train new joiners as well.
I finally made my way up and was promoted to Manager of Sales where I will oversee the sales team (9 resources working with me). I conducted team meetings every day to discuss team goals, different sales strategies, and case studies. 1:1 training was also part of my duties there. I worked there till December 2023.
Scholarly was an Australian-based online educational institute. I joined them as a Senior Consultant Education where my job was to cater to inquiries from parents regarding;
• school selection
• course counseling
• kids’ results and progress
Also, I would reach out to potential parents and convince them to enroll with us. I started working with them in September 2022 till August 2023. I was working as a freelancer there
Contour Software (Lahore, Pakistan) is official contact center in Pakistan for Constellation Software Inc. (a Canada-based billion-dollar company). I was working as a Client Support Specialist for Constellation1 (also known as Relospec - a subsidiary of Constellation Software) from May 2021 to November 2022.
Constellation1 (Relospec) was a software designed for Relocation Brokers in the USA. My job was to give demos to Relocation Brokers and help them understand how software works. Also, to cater to inquiries from existing clients regarding different features and communicate them with the Tech Team.
I worked as a Software Support and Retention Specialist for a Credit Repair Company (CA-based) from December 2019 to February 2021. My job primarily included handling customers’ when they would request to cancel their subscriptions. I would try to pinpoint their pain issues, try to solve them, and try to retain them with the company. That was a remote job too.
I started working for a Coffee Roasters (FL Based) in December 2018. That was my first job as a freelancer and I started as an order-taking Representative. The company dealt in Roasted Coffee and was selling coffee to restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes.
I later initiated their Client Outreach Dept. and started working as a Sales Specialist. My job was to reach Coffee Shops and convince them to use our Roasted Coffee. I worked there till December 2019.
TransCure (Lahore, Pakistan) is a medical billing and coding firm in Pakistan working for US doctors. I worked there as a Client Support Specialist from August 2017 to October 2018. My job included handling inbound and outbound calls from/to Physicians and Clinics and sharing critical results for their patients. It also included handling patients’ calls regarding their lab results.
I joined as the sole team member, promoted to manage a team of 4 within a year.
Juggernet Communications was another startup in Islamabad, Pakistan by a young guy who just came back from the USA. Juggernet Communication was catering to different projects.
• Worked as a Host Outreach (Real Estate Consultant in CA) in Juggernet Communications. The project was for a vacation rental company (2nd Address - CA-based). My job was to call property owners who were looking to rent out their properties and convince them to enlist their properties on our website (March 2016 to September 2016).
• Worked as Patient Coordinator in Juggernet Communication from September 2016 to January 2017. The project was for a Stem Cell facility and my job was to cater to inbound inquiries from patients and schedule them with a doctor to their nearest facility.
Touchstone Communication (Islamabad, Pakistan) was working with an American mortgage company, Mr. Cooper Mortgage (earlier known as Nation Star Mortgage).
I worked as CSR in Touchstone Communications from June 2015 to Feb 2016 as Lead Gen Specialist where my job was to reach out to existing customers and educate them about different refinancing opportunities. If a customer shows any interest, I will then go over and discuss what opportunities they may qualify for and connect them with the right licensed agent to explore more. I was a top performer there for 4 months.
Completed my graduation (B. Com - 14 years of education) from AIOU, Isb with Accounts and Economics as majors.
