To prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Float request for quotation (RFQ) for minimum three supplier.
To review, compare, analyze, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Generating purchase order for services and materials in SAP system.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times & product range.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
To prepare reports for all the purchased project materials and services like rental of equipment and
vehicles.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
To arrange international shipments, import and export.

Prepares material comparison statements, requesting and reviewing material submittals. Assist tender department as required.

Purchasing mostly MEP and other civil materials for the road project.
Issuing purchase order using SAP.

• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
• Prepares and processes purchasing forms such as purchase requisition and purchase orders for all company materials, goods receipt and service entry using SAP.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
• Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
• Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
• Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
• Determines and develops appropriate sources of supply and maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors to stay current with trends and technologies, products and services.
• Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
• Verifies appropriateness of budget codes and availability of funds.
• Control and maintain records of all related files, drawings and engineering documents in electronic and manual systems.
• Create and maintain a compatible system for effective filing, archiving and retrieving documents in accordance with the Company QA procedures.
• Monitoring of documents as per ISO 9001:2008.

• Preparing material claims submission to the main contractor.
• Organizing invoices, holding and checking petty cash.
• Preparing tender bids and my duties are:
o Preparing documents such as commercial offer/price bids.
o To carry out research, update records and maintain detailed information as part of a busy and flexible team
o Responsible for creating business winning documentation to an exceptionally high standard.
o Receive and deal with enquiries from colleagues concerning Tenders.
o Experienced in a busy, high pressure working environment as the role demands to handle multiple workloads with key task identification and prioritization essential.
o Develop good working relationships with all company departments.
• Preparing material submittal for mechanical part under MEP contract.

My key role is purchasing new items based on the requisition forms and coordinates purchasing details with the vendor and other concerned departments.

Prepares monthly local and imported material requirement plan and monitoring of delivery schedule of all materials.
