1 . Responsible for 27 custody transfer grade meters and 35 operational meters in the refinery. Performed
various troubleshooting including flow computer diagnostics and site verification. Ensure custody transfer
validity for every ship loading activity at Jetty.
2. Responsible for maintaining 10 custody transfer Autosampler skid, 35 Loading Arms and 150 ATG
(Tank Gauging) for Crude and final product operations
3. Responsible for maintenance of271 Analyzer systems for Refinery, Product Blending, Lube Base Oil and
Waste Water Treatment process. Perform first line troubleshooting ofProcess Analyzers mainly on Physical
Property Analyzers and Combustion Analyzers including sensor verification, sample system analysis and
interferogram diagnostics.
4. Responsible for maintenance of4839 fire and gas system devices for Melaka Refinery. Perform
troubleshooting fire and gas devices from Sub Fire Alarm Panel, PLC and field site.
5. Responsible for Nuclear Level measurement for Continuous Catalytic Regeneration (CCR) Process.
Performed various troubleshooting nuclear level such as calibration and diagnostics.

Designed Complete Analyzer System for CO2 measurement for GPP-B Paka.

1 . Field Services ofAnalyzer and Sampling System Design
• Assigned as consultant for Sampling System Design for Synthomer Pasir Gudang Pilot Trace Oxygen
Monitoring System for Butadiene Tanks and will be used as reference for Synthomer worldwide.
• Saved PETRONAS Fertilizer Sabah from ASU plant shutdown for their critical trace Moisture
Analyzer by changing their wrong spec oftubing (stainless steel tubing to silica coated tubing) and
reduced their downtime drastically
• Identified causes of liquid carry over of4 Siemens Advanced Maxum II Process GC and designed the
Sample Handling System with up to 5 Sample Stream Switching for Lotte Chemical Titan Pasir
Gudang that will save RM90, 000 for column replacement.
• Inspected and identified root cause of sensor breakdown ofO2 Analyzer due to wrong installation of
probe in RPCM and saved RM30, 000 every 3 months for sensor replacement. Responsible for leading
the Sample Conditioning System Design, revision and approval ofdesign for Petron Refinery O2
Analyzer ofRegeneration Catalyst Unit
• Installed and Troubleshooting of Servomex ofFluegas Analyzer 2700 in PETRONAS Chemical
