•Scheduling of BTL campaign and execution of said campaigns.
•To assist in the BTL activities nation-wide and monitor sales iof the Events with the Co-Ordination of respective Area Sales Manager and timely reporting to the management.
•Support Brand Team with regards to advertising, Media Planning, conducting, seminars and plan Factory Visits.
•Rigorously analyze and repot marketing research data and competitors activities to the Marketing Services Manager to ensure Brand Issues are understood and corrective actions Identified.
•Monitor related activities of Advertising agencies (BTL), local and foreign vendors and corporate clients to ensure that they are within cost and also to agree timelines.
•Handle communication between Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing and Operation to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed.
•Extensive Liaison with Brand Team
•Extensive Liaison with Area Sales Managers.
•Extensive Liaison with Finance Department for timely payments to the agencies for the events / activities.
•Performing other tasks assigned by the GM, Category Managers, Assistant Brand Managers.
•Dispatches and monitor the Records of Banners, Flyers, Newsletter, and other brand Material regarding to the Event and monitor their allocations.
•Assisting Brand Team with regards Events (Dawn Lifestyle Exhibition, Express Family Festivals, School Activity, Home Gathering, DDS, Retailer Events and Gala Nite )
•Monitor and execute SMS marketing Software regarding events and Products Launching.
•Releasing of Work Orders for Marketing Services
•Maintain & approved the Art Work for the said campaign regarding the products & events.
