Responsible to lead the Team of Draughtsmans / Senior CADD Engineering Draughtsman / Operator for the Quality Checking, compilation and further distribution of the work and information to a team of CADD Operators.
Preparing Standard Layers and blocks, line types as per the requirements of project.
Prepare the Drawing as per X-ref procedure, Sheet files, Title blocks, Etc.
Incorporating the HVAC comments coming from Clients.
Coordinating & receiving project inputs from the Clients, Developers for Ensuring proper Design Drafting.
Prepare HVAC Layouts, Duct sixe, HVAC Cross Sections.
Routing of Ducting according to availability of Space & Drafting Double line and applying, shoe neck, Elbow, Volume Damper, and Splitter Damper & flexible connections
Drafting experience in the fields of HVAC providing Air handling units(AHU), Package unit system, Ducting in each room/office/corridors followed by Variable air volume(VAV), with Temperature sensor, applying Supply Diffuser, Return Diffuser, Linear slot Diffuser, supply leaner bar grill, Air Transfer duct, Transfer grills, etc.
Drafting Central A/c, Chillers, AHU, ACCU, Chilled water piping, Fan coil units, Chilled water Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchanger, Air Separators, Make up water, Chemical treatment etc.
Drafting of Ducts (Rectangular/Round/Spiral/oval) as per the Duct size and prepare Sections.
Drafting Riser Diagram and Airflow Diagram given by the Design engineer.
Prepared Plans for stair Pressurize fan for High-rise buildings and Riser Diagram and provide Kitchen Hoods systems.
Drawings Layout for Exhaust system followed by Ducting with Exhaust Grills, Disc valves, Exhaust fan, Inline fan, Exhaust Louvers, and Door louvers & Door Grill, and Kitchen hoods systems etc. implementation of work as per Design calculations.
Preparation of Drawings for monthly reports for all projects.
Preparing proposal drawings for future projects.
Preparing of general details & miscellaneous details.
Review and Verifying the IFC drawings before issue to contractors as per Standards and Specifications. The activities for this work include the following:
Review of the Mechanical HVAC Equipments, Ducting, Dampers, Coordination Diffusers and grills with Electrical Ceiling layout, Drawing scale, standard Layers, colors and line width, x-ref Drawings Attachments, Title block, Legends & Symbols, Key plan, Drawing revisions and references and Signatures, maintaining the Quality of Drawings etc.
Providing them with adequate counseling to provide the drawings as per the
Result oriented and focused to meet fixed deadlines.
Flexible with the tasks assigned and able to multi task during projects peak period.
Practice good teamwork.
Display a high level of integrity at all time, particularly in the handling of the technical knowledge.
I have (15) years of rich experience in Saudi Arabia & India in Designing & Drafting on Auto CADD with a different versions of Auto CADD and software packages.
