Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR Reports and Paperwork.
*Creating Attendance Report (Through Middle East Software & ZKTECO Bio Matric Software).
*Preparing monthly & daily Time-Sheet & Summit to payroll Department, Active User Of the
Company’s Oracle System. & uploading all Vacations like annual Absences, and sick leave as Company
Policy in Oracle-System.
* Record all Employee Data as Departments. Site Co-ordination with relevant persons at head office.
* Review Payroll Entries. Keeping records of hard & soft copies on daily basis.
* Manage Manpower As Per Projects Recruitment & Controls Rental Manpower.
*Arrangement Transportation according To the Duty Timing of the project requirement.
* Solve Employee issues & Compilation as Company Police.
* Other works assigned by the Manager.
*Creating petty cash amount reports & Close with Cost Dept. & Account Dept. Managing Site and
Office Material Invoices.
* Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
