Responsible for the sale of Applied & Unitary, Ventilation products which is major part of Mannai HVAC offering.
Seeks out, Targets, and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers ( Estimation, Procurement, Technical, Consultant, Clients) in the construction family in line with Mannai HVAC Business plan and strategy.
Manage Multiple, ongoing, opportunities/ Projects and build a sales pipeline. Focus on Achieving Monthly, yearly Sales Targets and creating effective Sales pipeline.
Has worked closely with many key end users, Consultant from design stage of project by providing technical support to offer products that best suits their requirement.
Forecasts Opportunities based on project stage to have a clear understanding of the sales pipeline and achievement of Sales Targets. Prepare reports related to Sales (Forecast, Billing), Payment ( Aging ) on a monthly basis, Updating based on real-time data collected from the market/ Customer on Salesforce.
Manage Supply and Installation projects: Work closely with the project team, subcontractor and Customer (MEP Contractor) for better execution of the project.
Prepare, review commercial offer based on Customer requirements, Review technical selections prepared by application team, and optimize pricing when required, follow up till the order is materialized with the customer.
Review, Optimize Sales Documents ( Supply Agreements, Subcontract Agreement, LOI, LPO ) based on Mannai Strategy and product offering, Manage payment terms by working closely with the credit management department and negotiate the payment terms accordingly with Customer.
Accurate Order Entry based on final approved material submittal and Purchase order, Checking all aspects related to cost, technical data (Compliance, Scope of supply )
Products handled: AHU, FCU, PACU, CHILLERS, VRF, EXHAUST FANS, PRECISION AC, DEHUMIDIFIERS, UV LAMPS, WATER HEATERS, Unitary Air conditioners.
