Description:
TRACKLEAD CRM is a software product developed by JALA Technologies .It is simple, affordable and ready to use sales lead management that helps you provide all the required information easily at your finger tips, thus letting you respond to customers/prospects quickly, focus on important activities such as working on strategy to improve sales, building strong relationship with your customers or prospects, generating more leads and much more.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyzing the Requirements and understanding the behavior of the application
2. Identifying the Test Scenarios
3. Designing the Test Cases for Identified scenarios
4. Preparing the Test Data
5. Conducting the Environment Sanity testing, build acceptance testing as build is
Deployed in to testing Environment
6. Conducting Re-Testing, Regression Testing and Functional Testing
7. Tracking the Defect and Reporting using JIRA
8. Conducting Peer Reviews.

2) Project Title: E-Banking
Client: Ranford Bank, UK
Technologies: .Net
Database: SQL Server
Testing Tools: Manual Testing, QTP 11.0, QC 10.0
Description:
E-Banking is web based and offers a full service such as personal, corporate and International Banking services in U.S.A. This Banking system contains two types of transactions. They are Bank Transactions and Customer Transactions. The System would involve the following modules Admin, Banker, Customer Banking Services. E- Banking allows different users such as admin, bank employee, various customers (Individual customers, Corporate customers, International customers) to login and access the application for further usage and also it provides information about various services offered by E - Banking.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyzing the Requirements and understanding the behavior of the application
2. Identifying the Test Scenarios
3. Designing the Test Cases for Identified scenarios
4. Preparing the Test Data
5. Uploading the test cases into Test Plan Module
6. Conducting the Environment Sanity testing, build acceptance testing as build is deployed in to testing Environment.
7. Executing the Test cases in Test Lab Execution Grid using Quality Center.
8. Conducting Re-Testing, Regression Testing and Functional Testing.
9. Tracking the Defect and Reporting using QC.
10. Conducting Peer Review.

Automation Test Responsibilities
1. Understanding the complete behavior of the project
2. Developing the Test Scripts for Identified Scenarios
3. Executing the Test Scripts using Hybrid Framework (Data Driven and Keyword driven)
4. Analyzing the Test Execution Results
5. Reporting the Defects
