Project 1: Top management dashboarding - using qlikview - automated dashboards for top mgmt across all lines of business and operations to ensure that information is available for effective decision making.

Development of efficient ETL tool using PL / SQL (Sybase) to migrate data from production transactional system to staging environment and creation of FACT and DIMENSION tables to create the star schema based DW for premium and claims data across lines of business.
Project 3: Implementation of portfolio analysis for various lines of business: Project manage Design, development, implement acturial portfolio analysis for personal lines. Designed development of ETL scripts that incrementally update the data mart for PL, massage, cleanse and standardize dimensions

The focus has been on minimizing the use of adhoc reports by users and consolidating the company MIS dw BI .
Project 6: CRM- Single image of customer - Initiated ‘Single image of customer’ project across the organization for effective implementation of CRM. Have conducted meetings and discussion with stakeholders to map “as is” processes and suggested improvements on the same.
