Created best practice guidance for data processors (GDPR) and unit HR in writing for future reference & training.
•Maintenance of an up-to-date Full Privacy Impact Assessment, a self- assessment to provide assurance that a thorough assessment against 8 principles has been completed for each personal information asset.
•Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the organization against Data Protection principles.
•Worked directly with the top management in the battalion (CO & RAO) providing with the regular assurance that the battalion (600 personnel) Personal Information Assets are assessed and registered as per compliance.
•Maintaining the database regularly and making sure data files are safely locked for 600 personnel and reviewing that only authorized personnel to have web file access and conducting internal audits.
•Created the file plan for SharePoint from scratch and implemented on time.
•Maintaining and editing the battalion website. (Moss, Meridio and SharePoint)
•Responsible for data mapping and data migration task for the battalion.
