Once physically received, co-ordinate delivery and installation of new assets and Services, as required.
• Validate that new End User assets comply with Customer Corporate Standards.
• Mark Purchase Orders (“POs”) to ‘on order’ status in the ITAM tool on ordering the products.
• Mark POs to ‘received’ status in the ITAM tool on receiving the products.
• Update the asset inventory/CMDB upon asset ownership by Supplier, including Manufacturer, Model, Serial number, Location, activation date, Assigned ownership, Configuration, Software version (if applicable), Maintenance/warranty information and available history details.
• Escalate POs not found in the ITAM tool, upon asset ownership by Supplier.
• Resolve POs not found in the ITAM tool, upon asset ownership by Supplier
• Provide tracking data as provided by Customer on the existing Customer owned equipment/hardware installed in the environment.
• Track all EUC in-scope devices used in the Customer environment. Identify any gap and missing equipment, and investigate these gaps and their disposition.
• Work with Customer to develop processes to improve ITAM accuracy over time by aggressively working and resolving legitimate exceptions
• Update asset record with any IMAC activity.
• Track and advise the Customer in a timely manner of expiration and renewal requirements of EUC assets.
• Update asset inventory with asset disposal activity.
• Utilizing appropriate automation, provide agreed asset inventory and services reports as requested.
• Provide ability for inquiry into the asset database, in addition to reports that meet the requirements of the Customer.
• Conduct twice yearly review/audit asset inventory management procedures.
• Collect inventory on equipment for disposal
• Update assets in asset management tool as disposed.Coordinate with disposal vendor to dispose of, and relocate assets as needed/specified and provide disposition reports, as needed.
• Update asset management and CMDB systems with all information from above as Changes occur.
• PO Creation for Software Asset Management
• License Consumption Reporting
• Software Compliance Reporting shared with Client.
• Linking Software License to user based or device based as when asked by the
Customer.
• Linking Software License to PO

Hardware Asset Management Service:
• Prepare Installation reports for all IT Assets.
• Maintain all IT Asset Records with respect to warranty details, contracts, configurations, serial-no's, make, date of installation, date of repair, date of maintenance etc.
• Record & update all the changes in the Asset details as and when it occurs.
• Provide a documented work-flow based IT Asset issuance
• Provide IT Asset Inventory tracking & MIS reports.
• Hardware managed under this service - Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Networking equipment, UPS, LCD Projectors, Scanners, Fax machines, EPABX systems and video conference equipment.

Vendor Management Service:
• Create and maintain Vendor database.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for maintenance & installation.
• Follow-up with vendors in case of hardware/software problem resolution.
• Track inventory of any items sent for repairs & follow up for replacement.

IT helpdesk; receive calls from user end resolve the issue on call. Solve the queries and follow up with any request.
Update daily, weekly, monthly calls report.
Raise ticket on behalf of user solve those tickets and solve the issue with in SLA if is not solve with is SLA so escalate that ticket to senior person and update in that particular ticket.
Handle vendor escalation call & update the same in report follow up with particular vendor on daily basis. If it is not solved with in SLA so escalate to concern person.
Handle the 1st level escalation which was escalated by user.
Update company asset inventory.
Update the engineers Daily Activity Report (like which call they had done and which call is pending & follow up with that particular call and if it is not resolved so escalated to concern person.) on daily basis.
