A senior project manager responsible for End to End deployment of Mission Critical Applications on share and dedicated instances in Unisys or client owned platforms and Data centers.
Role:
• Responsible for regular delivery of MCA’s along with managing parallel-running (multiple)/Programs/ projects in the assigned program with various stakeholders across NA, LA & EMEA regions (assigned to Unisys Global Services and internal projects aiming towards automation via monitoring, Asset Management, tools migration, process improvement, portal build, IT Infra build, upgrade and implementation in DC type 2 migrations etc.
• Overseeing end-to-end project life cycle as per PMI standards
Highlights:
• Mentored & coached the team on areas such as career progression, conflict resolution and striking a balance between the personal & work life balance.
• Coordinated multiple medium & small sized programs for new initiatives & strategic decision based CSIP's, New initiatives, business requirement for commercial and federal clients in a mature onshore / offshore model
Part of the ITD/GD as Individual contributor looking after the projects from Application Hosting environment.
Responsible for the Enterprise Data Center Monitoring Operations for entire EMEA region where client was a Fortune 10 Rank holder. Also was responsible for Service Desk operations working on 24X7 mode.Member of the Interview panel in End User Computing Delivery Unit organization wide.
Part of the Windows OS support team and IT Service Management as queues manager after getting promoted as L2 .
Initially part of the Data Center Operations and move out of team as Shift lead after working for 2, 5 yeasrs
