Coordinate with all other Forman daily and update which area should be given priority
Coordinate with store to expedite delivery of materials
Responsible for labors and timing
Coordinate with client and find their requirements
Attend site progress meeting conducted by client
Submission of samples for the approval
Submission of MIR& WIR after the completion of work
Responsible for all the site measurements and installation
Conduct meeting with clients to find their requirements
Coordinate with Forman to expedite the work progress
Supervision of all works (Fabrication & Installation)
Set up& Calibration of equipment
Conduct test with appropriate NDT technique
Interpret, Evaluate, Documentation
