Swiber Offshore Constructions (SWIBER PJW3000)- Singapore is a company which installing oil platforms and laying pipeline in offshore oil fields.My responsibilities were,
• Electrical maintenance in a limited time.
• Troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Remacut tensioner machine operation
• Basic knowledge in winch operation.
• Working knowledge in basic LAN connection system.
• Monitoring the functioning of the electrical equipment.
• Assisting senior engineers for maintenance.
• Knowledge in SAS roller conveyor machine operation.
• Experience in servicing pneumatic machines and valves.
• Experience in servicing hydraulic valves.
• Experienced in pneumatic operating systems.
• Knowledge in automatic telephone exchange system.
• Knowledge in Simatic S7 software
• Experienced in VSAT (schlumberger& intellian) maintenance.
• Maintain and service Intercom &Sat TV systems.
• Servicing and PM of Radar, GPS and Gyro systems
The company is specialized on the production of aluminum cans. My responsibilities were
• Design and drawing electrical control circuits.
• Preparing new panels.
• Automation control and maintenance of Front End machines (Uncoiler, Lubricator, Cupper, body Maker, Trimmer, Washer and Drier).
• Automation control and maintenance of Back End machines (Decorator, Pin Oven, L.S.M, I.B.O, Necker Flinger, Palletizer, Strapper and Stretch Wrapper).
• Line control and adjustments.
• Knowledge of industrial networks and communications: DH485, Ethernet TCP/IP, DH+, RS232, Device net etc.
• Knowledge of configuration and calibration of PRESSCO.
• Electrical maintenance in a limited time.
• Troubleshooting and fault finding.
• PLC programming (AB) using software RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000 and servicing of VFD’s.
• Servicing Input and output programming cards.
• Monitoring the functioning of the electrical equipment.
• Erection jobs of new machines.
• Assisting senior engineers for plant modification.
• Working experience with PLC processors such as 5/15, 5/20, 5/40, 5/40E, SLC500….
• Experience in servicing pneumatic machines and valves.
• Experience in servicing hydraulic valves.
• Experienced in pneumatic operating systems.
Minerva is a project management company. The nature of work is to make engineering projects for engineering students. Mainly the projects are based on micro controllers and PLC’s.
My responsibilities were,
• Designing PCB’s for electronics projects( single side boards).
• Making project modules for the projects(micro controller/PLC based).
• Giving guidance to the students.
• Preparing records
• Giving training on designing software EXPRESS PCB.
• PLC training
passed out in2007 with 73.5 percentage.
