Dubai Autism Center is an organization dedicated to work in the field of Autism in children of the age
between 2 to 18 years.
Responsible for the management of finance and administration department which includes Accounts,
HR, IT, Leasing and other department, reporting to the Director to support and ensure the smooth
running of the center. Main responsibilities included;
* Preparing the monthly financial results, budget and quarterly rolling forecasts and complete the
reporting requirements to the Director General.
* Drafted executive analysis reports highlighting business issues, potential risks and profit
opportunities.
* Overseeing the new building construction project.
* Producing monthly management accounts, budgets & forecasts for the operations and Capital
expenses.
* Presenting Budget, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis to the Director and the Board of
Directors.
* Designed spreadsheet to get an overview of the complete operations eliminating discrepancies
and risk.
* Managing the Leasing operations of the commercial property.
* Implemented new process to record and account tax (VAT) to simplify the filing of the tax
returns.
* Liaising with the auditors and external consultants for developing new financial and strategic
policies.
