key Responsibilities
•Process GRN accurately to reflect correct stock entries in the systems, Store Inventory controlling & LPO Preparation and its follow up.
•Ensure GRN documents are sent on time to Finance dept. for GRN validation on daily basis to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
•To be responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.
•To develop productive working relationships with colleagues.
•To communicate effectively with colleagues, Finance manager, other Accounts staff and store staffs.
•To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Store Accountant
•Daily Cashiers cash collecting and cash Closing & Sale Posting
•Daily Bank Deposits
•Invoice and Cash Settlements
•Food Production controlling ( HOT FOOD & BAKERY ) and Operations in Systems Applications and Products Software
•Cash office Controlling
•Daily Deficit (Exception ) clearing Process
•Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) Product Inventory & Exception checking.
