Ensure that subcontractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project safety policy
•Liaise with departments and clients in controlling the permit to work system
•Carry out regular and random inspections on all site and record results
•Record and compile safety related records
•Develop and implement safe systems of work for the project in conjunctions with the Safety Manager
•Ensure that risk assessments have been carried out where necessary
•Ensure the use of protective clothing and equipment for the job
•Report unsafe conditions or defects in plant or equipment of the
Undertaking risk assessments and identifying safe system of work.
•Provide advice to the construction team on health, safety and environment issues.
•Develop and deliver in house training courses on health, safety and environment topics.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports and accident statistics and analysis.
•Fire drills conducted and inspection of Fire extinguishers
•PTW follow -ups
•Preparing reports for Accident /Near Miss incident and Follow up reports
•Carry out Accident root cause analysis using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Tool.
•Carry out decoding of In Vehicle Monitoring System on monthly basis and report to client.
•Notification of unsafe work practice
•Conducting Safety Meeting with Sub-Contractors.
•Undertaking Audit and inspection of subcontractors.
•Follow up Audit and inspection
•Inspection of Machinery, equipments and Company Accommodations
•Develop and deliver basic safety induction to staff upon joining.

•Member or safety committee.
•Arrangements of HSE week and safety month annually.
