Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to all parts of the company. Very effective in providing administrative support activities compliant to departments mission and company procedures.
Duties:
• Handling confidential information in line with the firm’s data security protocols.
• Collecting, compiling, arranging and retained reports, records, files and data.
• Preparing correspondence and documents for senior managers.
• Respond to company inquiries, maintain schedules and follow up.
• Arrange conferences and meetings along with travel arrangements.
• Examine correspondence and reply as instructed.
Duties:
• Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Prescreen candidates. Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducting interviews & written tests if required.
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components thereby involved in the entire lifecycle of recruiting.
Duties:
• Screening and short listing the CVs in response to advertisement and our database.
• Briefly explaining the Candidate about the Job profile and other Salary Details offered by the client.
• Sending Suitable CVs to respective Clients.
• Acknowledgement and follow up the feedback from the client about the CVs and the Short listed Candidate.
• Making arrangement for the Interviews (Face to Face Interview, Telephonic Interview, and Teleconferencing).
• Negotiating salary with selected candidates as per the company salary structure.
• Final offer negotiation and closing.
Duties:
• May train administrative and clerical staff on basic computer usage and office applications.
• Oversees, maintains and troubleshoots local area networks; Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with department policies.
• Creates and maintains users, directory structures, security rights and printer configurations.
• Discusses software applications with users to determine level of satisfaction and/or the need to modify software.
• Trouble shoots technical problems; notifies appropriate technology staff of software failures and provides computer diagnostics.
• Recommends reallocation of operating staff and equipment resources to meet network requirements.
• Provides technical advice and assistance to users concerning data communication equipment and data transmission.
• Oversees electronic e-mail system.
