• Demonstrated excellence in overseeing accommodation of more than 5000 people under a team of 110 staff reporting to me.
• Adroit skills in personal management; strived to prompt resolution of employee queries and concerns; facilitated solutions on employee issues within well- defined TAT
• Extensive experience in general administrative activities, personnel management, corporate policy implementation and facilities management.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
• Expertise in Grievances Management.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of camps and office, management of transport, maintenance, accountability of camp equipment, furniture and all other related assets.
• Looking after accommodation for company delegates and relocating employees as and when required.
• Organizing social activities like excursions, adventure sports, health care, etc. to boost the moral & belongingness amongst employees
• Responsible for welfare activities and recreational activities of residents.
• Preparing MIS reports, service, purchase requests & orders, maintenance log to maintain operations.
• Ensuring maintenance of large sized facilities including Infrastructure, Buildings, Transport, Water, Telecom, etc.
• Ensuring maintenance of soft services like Housekeeping, Waste Management, Hazardous Material Compliance, Logistics, Floor Area Management Catering Services & Event Management.
• Coordinating for environmental upkeep.
