To plan, oversee and ensure that projects run smoothly and completed on time and within budget through the supervision of staff, materials, and equipments. Currently fulfilling the responsibilities of Division Manager, Sustainable Products Division.
To co-ordinate the diverse components of the project by quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve required balance of time, cost and quality.
Develops construction execution plan for projects and proposals which minimizes cost and duration of construction activities.
Monitors, evaluates, and report performance of assigned construction projects to management.
Acts as liaison between offices for all construction related matters.
Advise on corrective action/s for discipline problems or poor performance within projects.
Enforces and interprets department policies, standards, and procedures.
Adheres to safety and quality standards as applicable to duties and accountabilities.
Performs field review and inspection of assigned projects and improvement plans submitted to the client for approval.
Coordinates and assists in the preparation of contract documents, permits, agreements, and related documentation.
Assists, participates, and coordinates public meetings, contractor meetings, consultant meetings, and other meetings related to functional area and project under charge.
Supervises the project teams including subcontractors to ensure the project timetables, goals, and deadlines are met in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
Evaluation of the subcontractor claims, verification and certifications of the same.
Administers contracts, attends pre-construction conferences, reviews subcontractor pay requests and oversees construction operations.
Performs engineering economic analysis for construction and purchase alternatives.
Participates in exhibitions and conducts market analysis to develop the existing sustainable products and to find out new products.
Performs research, analyzes findings and prepares recommendations for project planning needs.
Managing the nurseries division of the sustainable products involving production and maintenance of the plants in the nursery.
Heading the Landscape division by coordinating with the facilities management team and other staff in order to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis as Division Manager.
Contract Management (Facilities): Responsible for establishing SLAs and KPIs of the staff and outsourced contractors and track their performance levels provided against set KPIs and SLAs by routinely assessing performance against checklist, identifying defaults or shortcomings in service levels, and based on same preparation of necessary reports for management.
Asset Management: Negotiates and recommends procurement of capital equipments according to the operations need; Ensuring new assets being brought into operations are entered onto pre-planned maintenance program and subject to QA procedures.
Reporting: Reports to the Head of Hard Services; Preparation of weekly reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to operations and taking necessary actions thereof.
Supports the planning and development of new and existing facilities by developing maintenance requirements; reviews plans and monitors the maintenance processes; plans and develops service levels, program objectives, resources utilization, revenue generation, etc.
Preparation of PPM task sheets and ensuring compliance.
Assists, participates, and coordinates meetings related to functional area and project under consideration.
Conducts periodical surveys of the landscape projects to ensure the quality of provided services with recorded feedback from the Clients.
Preparation and execution of uniformed monthly reporting format for service providers with emphasis on seasonal activities to ensure compliance with the contract documents.
Makes decisions related to employment, promotion, performance appraisal, promotion, retention and other matters.
Spearheading the assigned landscape projects by coordinating with site engineers and other staff in order to ensure smooth site work on a daily basis as Project Manager.
Plan and schedule the works and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet client requirements for the projects.
Supervision of project related activities to ensure the project timetables, goals, and deadlines are met in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
