Myjoy is having world class, fire protection, control system, tetrapak Machines like Tetra A-3 flex, accumulator, cardboard pack, roll containerpaker, PLC, , KHS, KAAK, BENIER, Rehon, Hartman’s machines for producing all type of foods & snacks like, Bread, Bun, Burger& Meat hot dog, machineries with a plant load is 7.5 MVA,
PEARL Beverages (PEPSICO) is a unit of Jaipuria Group is a Dynamic, leading trading & industrial conglomerate in North India for more than three decades. PEARL Beverages is a major supplier of PEPSI drinks, having world class Beverage facilities in Guntur (A.P.) & Noida manufacturing products like -Mango juice, Pepsi, Miranda, Dew, 7up, Soda, Slice, AQUAFINA (Drinking water)
Pepsico is having fully Automated Hot fill juice line from Tetrapak Syrup room, Homoniser & Pasteuriser, Tetra A-1 Machines & KHS Blow moulding(18000 BPH.)
Initiate & ensure timely completion of maintenance & repair works of the plants, Automation & respective utilities.
•Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
•Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the Factory and ensures that all maintenance &

Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
•Reduced breakdowns by maintaining MTTR & MTBF of entire Horlick’s manufacturing plant & utilities.
•Maintained Plant Air compressors, Fire hydrant, Aircon & HVAC (Ammonia chiller, FDVs, AHUs etc.)
•Updating Key performance of production & Maintenance of plant on monthly\weekly basis.
•Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
•Involve in QMS, ISO-9001-2000, EHS-14000, HACCP, CAMMS, SOP Amendments as per GSK global policy.
•Capable to handle & supervised the shift maintenance activity of plant as well as utilities & production with multiskilled concept (Follow TPM & QMS).
•Capable to handle the entire plant Facilities i.e. Electrical, Air, Steam, Water, Sanitation, CGMP etc.
•Hands on experience on Siemens - Apogee automation building management system, PLC -Allen Bradley 5/60 & ABB 2.2 version distributed control system.
•Operation & Maintenance of Gram & Saberio screw type refrigeration compressor (Ammonia-463 TR) with Frick Quantum panel Gramatic-2502.
•Worked on clean Air environment equipment’s like AHUs, FDVs, FCUs etc.
Supervised the plant shift maintenance (including plant facilities) & analyzed plant breakdown (Corrective & preventive Maintenance)

•Commissioning of Tortilla line & wafers plant in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
•Commissioning of New Bread Mixer & Mulder in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
