Working as facilitator and supporter to Govt. line department engineers and pool of engineers for various engineering activities in the six districts of Malakand Division (Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper and Chitral). Capacity building of line department and pool of engineers in implementing the community infrastructure schemes funded by European Union.
Supporting the District Field Engineers in scrutiny and vetting of project proposals submitted by Sarhad Rural Support Programe (SRSP) to the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC).
Building the capacity of line department engineers i the quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) of community driven infrastructure schemes under CDLD Programme.
Development of Engineering manual for designing the infrastructure schemes under CDLD Programme.
Supporting the pool of engineers in the operation and maintenance of the engineering projects.

Overall supervision of engineering team for surveying and implementation of various infrastructure projects.
Preparation of feasibility of various infrastructure projects funded by different donors.
