Coordinates with the approved vendors for travel tickets. Compares the travel quotes from different travel agencies for most cost effective travel arrangements. Process tickets as per leave schedule of all site personnel. Process travel invoices, in a timely and accurate manner. Submits purchase order to finance department for timely processing. collecting tickets from the concerned approved agencies and delivery of tickets to Payroll and Administration Section. Maintains all related documents and flies related to ticketing. Assists with producing periodic reports when requested.
Update the market information through airlines and GDS, Maintain good rapport with corporate travel coordinator, Check queues and action, Making reservation and issuance of ticket through GDS system, Complete international travel documents in accordance with the applicable IATA rules and procedures, Attending to telephone calls, Make reservation, calculate and quote appropriate air fares, Collection of LPO from corporate customers, Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, record and processing paperwork, Assist RTA.
