• Assist in establishing in a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Complete procurement work for each project.
• Allocate work for sub-contractors.

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.
• Quantity take off, prepare budget and Bill of quantities.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Preparing, negotiating & analyzing costs for tenders & contracts.
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Feasibility studies of client request.
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
• Maintain suppliers and subcontractor’s details for future reference.
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.

• Study the tender documents and give feedback to the Chief Estimator.
• Quantity take off for structural and architectural part.
• Visit the site to collect the existing information.
• Preparation of actual quantity for each project.
• Select Vendor and subcontractor for each item through research in the market.
• Float enquiries for subcontract activities.
• Preparation of subcontractor document for necessary part. Notify the Chief Estimator about the discrepancies of the project details.
• Prepare detailed breakdown for each activity.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity and Actual cost calculation for each project.
