Preparing monthly time sheet of all site staff & Workers
• Managing Time Keeper, Logistic Officer, & Coordinating with Camp Boss
•Responsible for all the manpower mobilization and demobilization of the project including leave, vacation and medical requirements
•Responsible for Man power arrange as per site request
•Visiting the site and doing satisfactory survey with the work force on daily basis
•Assisting the Site Safety officer & Client Safety mangers when needed
•Communicating with the Site engineers & Mangers for site manpower mobilization
•Preparing man power follow up chart of site daily
•Handle Project Petty Cash & Submit invoice Summary to accounts
•Sent project documents Submission of client document client office
•Communicated with HR & Accounts for workers salary pay slip verification
•Did the project related shipping & air freighting clearings with agents
•Arranged Labor Accommodations, Heavy Equipment’s small tools and Vehicles
•Verified and Receiving all invoices of the machinery supplier
Reporting to: HR, Accounts & project Manager
Cordinate man power for project Site needs. Prepare daily man power report & submite to project mangers & Clients etc.
