• Implementation of the HSE policy and program.
• Conduct orientation and training program for newly hired employees.
• Providing continue education to employee by distributing safety publications, instruction, rules, poster, etc.
• Research & studies for the improvement of safety in the yard, workshop and site.
• To Conduct Tool Box Meeting to the workforce on safety to promote & maintain high safety standard.
• Supervising the procurement & distribution of PPE to enforce the proper use & care of PPE.
• Team leader’s role play in weekly joint safety audit and participation in daily manager site walk down.
• Make employees able to understand the safety sign & color code to eliminate the Hazard.
• Hazard observation & corrective action.
• Participation and suggestions in weekly Zero Accident Team Meeting.
• Dedicated site walk through for hazard hunts
• Periodical inspection of tools & other safety related equipment & recommendation.
• Firefighting training & fire extinguisher inspection.
• Inspection to locate unsafe condition or unsafe practices or malpractices.
• Participation and discussion on various HSE issue in HSE Managers meeting.
• Prepares & submits incident/accident reports, investigates & study the Root Cause and then recommends corrective measures to decrease their frequency & prevents reoccurrence, emergency evacuations/fire mock drills.
• Prepare Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis, Application Procedure and Emergency Rescue Plan.
• Safety Audits as pre safety policy on weekly & monthly basis.
• Maintaining work injuries & illness records.
• Making hygiene studies to discover & correct such situation as unsafe dust concentration.
• Recommendation, Inspection and Competition for good House Keeping.
COMPLETED THREE YEAR DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WITH FIRST CLASS MARK
