Major responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies including monthly/quarterly reports required by the company. Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

• General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Asset Management: Implement the asset management policy, ensuring accurate record-keeping, depreciation calculations, asset tagging, and optimizing asset utilization.

• Audit Preparation: Coordinate and manage external and internal audits, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and GAAP.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and cost control measures.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against targets.
