• Managing Ecommerce and Web Applications along with Web Servers and Database Servers
• Providing support to various divisions for technological issues and delivering intranet solutions to divisions to ease their work
• Coordinating the divisions for product updation and marketing issues
• Integrating the E-commerce system with the ERP Solution and monitor the performance
• Steering efforts in Social Media Integration and management
• Providing training to the support team for new solutions and web technologies
• Supporting and providing business plans for Gitex, DSF, DSS, Warehouse Sale & so on
• Ensuring that all product data is on the Jumbo website including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices
• Monitoring stock holding and reporting weekly on the site cover; working collaboratively with merchandising team to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding
• Identifying and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online
• Monitoring and measure site performance, while using this to make recommendation and improve performance
• Working closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
• Reviewing web content, links, and design; providing necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner
• Maintaining knowledge and expertise in web design and development; participating in professional conferences, workshops, and groups
• Recommending new programming technologies and assists with the integration of the technology into Internet and intranet environments
