Serve as PMO lead for a multi-programme portfolio, providing end-to-end governance across financial management,
project reporting, resource management, and stakeholder engagement for CIO leadership.
Project Reporting & Status Management
• Partnered with domain COOs and senior leadership to define, track, and report on strategic OKRs across the portfolio,
translating business priorities into measurable milestones and driving accountability.
• Lead end-to-end creation of Monthly Business Review (MBR) packs and Book of Work (BoW) governance reports,
consolidating portfolio financials, delivery milestones, and strategic priorities into executive-ready insights.
• Manage Risk & Issue logs - facilitate Risk & Issue identification, escalation pathways, and resolution tracking across
programmes.
• Chair and support status meetings with Program Managers, Domain COOs, and PPM teams; prepare and distribute
minutes and action trackers.
• Serve as primary interface for ad hoc analysis requested by CIO, COO, CDO, and CTO offices.
• Leverage AI tools to produce rapid, executive-ready reports and analysis within tight CIO and COO turnaround
windows, enabling faster, well-informed leadership decisions.
Project Governance & Tool Management
• Lead standardisation of portfolio reporting governance - replaced manual trackers with governed Power BI
dashboards and automated data pipelines aligned to SDLC and quality management standards.
• Leverage AI-powered automation (Power Automate, Power BI, AI-enabled Excel tools) to streamline recurring MIS
and portfolio reporting, reducing manual effort by ~40% and accelerating turnaround for leadership reviews.
• Maintain PPM, Beeline, Oracle and MAQ as primary project management and tracking tools; ensure data integrity for
portfolio reporting and audit cycles.
Financial Management & Budget Governance
• Lead budget planning, financial forecasting and actuals tracking; produce monthly CIO-level dashboards showing
month-on-month cost progression, budget vs. actuals, and portfolio health to support investment decisions.
• Manage Benefits Planning & Validation - track planned vs. realised benefits across the portfolio to support executive
prioritisation.
• Drive PPM hygiene: enforce correct capitalisation vs. expense treatment, resolve data discrepancies with Finance, and
improve auditability of project financials.
Resource Management & On/Offboarding
• Manage end-to-end resource planning, task management, and order process management across internal and
external workforce.
• Led the full hiring lifecycle by designing and implementing AI-enabled Power Apps tools and management
dashboards, improving recruitment transparency, automating key workflows through AI-driven process automation,
and reducing hiring turnaround time by 30%.
Project & Programme Planning
• Design and validate milestone planning across multiple concurrent programmes; track milestone benefits realisation
and flag deviations to leadership.
• Develop time planning frameworks to ensure delivery alignment with strategic roadmaps and annual long-range
planning cycles.
