● Worked as checkin staff for various airlines like etihad, airarabia, british airways, qatar airways,
wataniya airways.
● Currently working as the dedicated supervisor for british airways. My current job responsibilities
includes:-
● Managing all day to day operations including checkin, boarding, arrivals, pre and post flight duties,
disruption handling in accordance with local corporate procedures.
● Manage and establish effective links with airline, airport authorities and other airlines to maintain
effective operations.
● Coach, lead and motivate the team to maintain excellent customer service and performance to meet
station targets in challenging environments without compromising safety and security.
● Review and cordinate effective manual checkin and BCP procedures ready for system outage and to
ensure the team is trained in these procedures.
● Staff training records- Maintain staff training records and ensure that the trainings are within
recency.
● Emergency procedure- Assist the BA CSDM and APM in station emergency procedures and drills.
● Buisness continuity plan- Assist the BA CSDM AND APM in station BCP review and exercises.
● AUP and Excess bagagge- Driving the team in achieving the station AUP and excess bagagge yearly
targets.
● Monitor the performance of the staffs and challenge vigorously lapses in effectiveness or failure to
meet airline standards.
