Interaction with the end client, facilitating manpower supply for Operational requirement and coordinating with other administrative departments such as transport, accommodation and finance
Coordinate with the end client for manpower required for Operational functions, source them and induct to work place after proper training sessions.
Coordinate with end user to ensure that the manpower supplied is compatible as per the work requirements.
Coordinate with accommodation, transportation and finance department in turn to keep the moral of the employees which ensures smooth functioning of end clients’ operational activities.
Day to day administrative functions such as time keeping, leave coverage, time sheets, record of PPEs and financial invoicing etc.
Interaction with the end client, Setting up meetings, Ensuring safety standards during ongoing jobs, Time keeping, On job training, Stock maintenance of PPEs and other Administrative functions.
Assigned with the task administrative functions related to security of a vastly spread Air station, Procurement procedures, Providing security cover to VIP/ VVIPs, Investigation and submitting reports to higher management, Pass management etc.
