ISS is the forefront of NATO and Coalition defense forces deployment logistics.
• Managing and supervising Contracts & Proposals team for multi-million tenders/contracts and commercial activities with internal departments, i.e. Finance, Insurance, operation and Legal Advisors.
• Assist/perform the full range of contracting responsibilities, procurement planning, solicitation, analysis and evaluation of RFP's, negotiation, cost and price analysis, subcontracting, termination, negotiation of changes, contractor performance appraisal and subcontractor surveillance.
• Participating in cost & pricing support for various logistics & Husbanding (Vessel Berthing) support services for various Government Clients such as United States, Australian, New Zealand, Dutch, Japan, Singapore, Thai and Indian Governments
• Preparing detailed Business cases of competitors to analyze the strategies of lost contracts and to provide a solution to the Management on how to overcome the lost opportunity.
• Coordinating with banks and insurance companies to put in place timely bid bonds, bank/performance/retention/advance payment guarantees and Letter of Credits.
• Approving margins/markups for the clients, a percentage of discounts to be offered and deciding payment/other commercial terms to be offered to suppliers/vendors.
• Preparation of pricing proposals for Government/Commercial Clients and prepare Projected P&Ls, Margin Analysis, Budgets and Cash flows.
• Attend Commercial Meetings and Business Development meetings with Senior Management to discuss pricing strategies, pricing models, identify areas to maximize profits and obtain approval for financial proposals.
• Travelling globally for contract negotiations and Business Development

Was selected for the cost analytical training in 2014 which was held in London.
Given the task of handling all RSN & USN MAC contracts single handily which is worth 50-100 Million US Dollar over a period of 5 years
Was appointed in Singapore Office to cover a Major Military contract and was relocated to Singapore for 40 days to monitor the Business Opportunities.
