Designation : RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST Duration : From February 2020 to date KDD has been the leading manufacturer and distributor of food and beverages in the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries. KDD is the longest-established Kuwaiti company providing diversified and innovative dairy and food products and is the market leader in Kuwait, producing and distributing 24 diferent types of dairy products, 75 diferent varieties of ice-cream, 27 types of natural fruit juices and fruit drinks, as well as several culinary products. MAIN DUTIES PERFORMED  Workforce planning for Dukkan & KDD production operations in coordination with Budget team and Dept Heads.  In charge of local and overseas recruitment process for all departments .  In charge of overseas home country documentation and legalization  In charge for local country of operation documentation and legalization  In charge of new hire onboarding and induction programs  In charge of local career fairs and candidates' screening and recruitment tests.  In charge of Job orders documentation and attestations with diferent embassies  In charge of both local and overseas recruitment trackers updates  Coordinate with department heads on annual learning charters and programs  Supporting KDD departments with job descriptions and competency mapping  In charge of Oracle system uploads : Leave management, organizational structures, learning and development, performance appraisal competencies and final Job descriptions templates.  Coordinate with department heads and KDD clinic all new joiners' pre-medical checks  Performing reference and pre-employment checks on selected candidates.  Support in drafting policies, procedures, and process maps.  In charge of exit management especially exit interviews and turnover reports  Participating in developmental counselling and disciplinary procedures against misconducts at workplace  In charge of planning employee engagement programs such as : surveys, family open days, sports days, and annual service ceremony for KDD employees.  In charge of recommending recruitment agents and local outsourcing workforce vendors to help support operations during times of rush seasons.  Supporting the line manager in all correspondence and documentation internally and externally using SharePoint and MS teams systems.  Coordination with HR oficer for Saudi and UAE operations.
