Involved in manufacturing of process equipment which is used in Oil Mills, Solvent Extraction and Edible Oil Refining Plants.
•Leading a Preparatory Dept. (PPS) with the fabrication of Solvent Extraction and Edible Oil Refining equipment's.
•Review Plate Cutting layout and issuing for cutting on CNC Cutting machine with maximum utilization of plate.
•Raw material (Plates) Scrap minimized by 7-8% resulting to increase in plate utilization.
•Off-cut Inventory minimized by 39.2% within a 3months, which is used in actual manufacturing.
