Also got the successful quality audits done by client appointed auditors, by establishing good work practices as per desired quality procedures and preparing & maintaining updated records in client approved formats at different departments on construction sites.
Heading a team of engineers responsible for development of Infrastructures in a 3500 acres High Tech city township.This includes construction of roads, storm water drainage, sewerage, water supply schemes, buildings, park development, etc.
As G.M. (Project), lead a team of engineers to manage development of 200 acres integrated township "NRI city" in Kanpur. The infra included rigid CC road;utilized .2 mln cum thermal ash in road embankment; Other infra includes Drainage network, Sewerage scheme, WS scheme, & 700 kl O/H tank, UGR, Villas, high rise buildings, Landscaping, etc.
The role included full responsibility towards project management, Project Engineering, Coordination with consultants, Work supervision, QC & QA, contractor bills certification, budgeting, monitoring, controlling, etc.
