Key Responsibilities:
1. Participation during requirement gathering phase
2. Preparing SRS and Change Request documents
3. Giving demos/ presentation on MS Dynamics CRM products to the clients
4. Designing and execution of the test cases
5. Coordinating with UAT Users and performing UAT testing
6. Tracking the defects and reporting them using Bug tracking tools.
7. Conducting tests on the fixed defects in close coordination with the development team.
8. Performing Sanity and System testing in sync with the SRS and UIRS specifications.
9. Coordinating with the off Shore team to troubleshoot technical issues.
10. Pro-active participation in the team meetings to propose solutions to critical bottleneck issues.
11. Preparing User manuals and Training materials
12. Providing Training to the Trainers.

- Scripting the test cases for the test scenarios.
- Tracking the defects and reporting them using Bug raising tool.
- Conducting tests on the fixed defects in close coordination with the development team.
- Performing Sanity and System testing in sync with the SRS and UIRS specifications.
- Coordinating with the off Shore team to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Pro-active participation in the team meetings to propose solutions to critical bottleneck issues.
