Account Opening & Trading Procedures
•Client queries for all operational Matters.
•Handling internal & statutory audit queries.
•Managing complete post Trade & Day end process.
•Account opening maintenances and other allied activities.
•Applying New Strategies into the Local systems.
•Invoicing the clients
•Reconciliation of pools.

Online Mutual Funds and IPO
•Transaction related activity
•Coordination with RTA/Fund House.
•Reconciliation of transaction and Balances
•Preparing comprehensive MIS report of all investment details and other Reports to the Management.
•Co-ordination with Lead Manager/RTA/Banker/Printer for IPO related issues.
•ESBI Client registration and data upload for MFIPO access.
•Bidding of application at exchange & Updating of data in System.
•Client registration and data upload for MFIPO access.
•Subscription procedure including Printing of online applications and depositing applications along with cheques with banker

•Was leading a team of 15 for Data processing unit of SCB MF, Ing Vysya MF, Chola MF, SBI Mf, Lotus MF and AIG MF
•Accepting application forms across the counter of various funds handled by CAMS
•Attending customer queries over the phone and across the front desk and solving them as per expected TAT.
•Keeping records of latest cut-off time, minimum application amount of investment, load structure, dividend declared and daily NAV.
•Handling back office operation, processing of financial transaction purchase, redemptions’ switches
