Accountabilities: Planning and Organizing: • Planning manpower requirement and work assignments to efficient usage of labor
considering business needs and seasonal trends.
• Planning and schedule the daily work assignment of staff thus ensuring to meet hotels and guest requirements.
• Coordinating the day to day linen requirements of outlets and any special events and promotional activities from F & B.

• Monitor all plans, forecast and targets and submit adjustments for approval as required.

• Ensure standardize quotation, purchasing, credit approval and document maintaining.
• Ensuring that records are maintain for inventory, auditing and financial issues.

Job Scope and Responsibility
• Plaza Group of Hotels, Abu Dhabi more than 1000 rooms and 35-40 F & B outlets.
Directly informed to Group Director of Operation

• Planning, organizing and managing day to day room and f & b linen washing, pressing and packing process for each & every hotels.
• Closely monitoring commercial laundry outlets business, engage with customers issues,
discounts & promotion for revenue generating.
• Developed more business opportunities related to garment cleaning with Gas & Oil companies,
large construction companies, aviation and cleaning companies.
• Closely engaged with sports clubs, city hotels and leisure facility providers in Abu Dhabi to gain

• Managing 40 staff including 3 supervisors, 1 coordinator, 4 drivers and 32 laundry staff.
