• 500 rooms 5-star luxury hotel properties, 10 F& B outlets, Spa & Recreation,
• 600 staff unforms operation including outsourcing laundry counters and facility management service.
• Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that 22 laundry associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively inline with 4000kg daily production in 206 room linen, 6 F&B outlets, SPA/recreation and guest laundry with 425 associates uniforms & staff housing linen.
• Established pre opening laundry and uniforms operation setup, commissioning and installation of machines and equipments, recruiting, training, maintained policy and procedures as per brand standards for 225 room keys, 5 F & B outlets, SPA & recreation and 475 staff in pre-opening property..
• Planning, organizing and managing, Cluster laundry operation; belong to Plaza Group of Hotels & Apartments and Armed Forces Officers Club Hotel Abu Dhabi, covering nearly 2000 rooms keys.
• Managing 40 staff including 3 supervisors, 1 coordinator, 4 drivers and 32 laundry staff inline with 10000-12000kg daily operation in commercial laundry operation
• Managing and organizing day to day total laundry requirements for 1500 camp service personals. (More than 2500kg of Staff Uniforms).
• Plan, direct control and coordinate daily linen and uniform operation related to military personals. (More than 7500kg of linen including Uniforms, food & beverage, kitchen housekeeping room linen)
• Maintaining daily Drycleaning and Specialized Washing procedure for fuel and oil based cloths. (more than 1000kg of drycleaning)
• Organizing and managing 24 hrs laundry operation for team of 24 staff including 2 Supervisors, 2 receptionists, administrator and 19 operators.
• Monitoring the production, Cost and its control.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, schedules and task.
• Coordinates the daily operation against the linen requirement of the hotel outlets and guest laundry promptly.
• Inspects and maintains the standard quality of all processed article.
• Attained guest complaints, requests and inquires.
• Ensure the production is maintained and checks the logbook is updated.
• Ensure daily uniform production is maintained.
• Ensures the availability of chemicals and other operation supplies are in stock at the all the time.
• Maintains machinery and equipment check list daily basis and initiate maintenance orders.
