Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts by identifying leads and setting up appointments with these Healthcare professionals.
- Conducted live demonstrators for the equipments/products to existing & prospect customers.
- Present value added solutions and close sales with these new prospects.
- Manage existing customer base and helping to grow these accounts.
- Record the sale process on the company’s CRM module.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish new broadcast & broadband accounts in South Asia by identifying leads, and setting-up
appointments with these prospects. Manage Governmental, Private & Other telecom organizations in South Asia by being their single point of contact.
- Prepare and present value added solutions, cost estimates, proposals, tenders, and contract
documents, by studying customer information, and coordinating these requirements with the internal
departments.
- Close sale by demonstrating benefits to customer; explaining costs involved and creating customized
packages for customer.
- Contract negotiation/ finalization with customer, followed-by liaising with legal & internal teams for
these techno-commercial requirements.
- Forecasting & budgeting activities related to the sales accounts/ regions.
- Regularly update the CRM modules such as Sales Force (SFDC) to help coordinate between the
internal departments during the various sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads and generate new businesses in India to support the functioning of the subsidiary.
- Propose new applications to prospect customers by analyzing their network requirements, and
deriving optimal cost estimates for their proposals/ tenders.
- Meet sales objectives by maintaining customer satisfaction, identifying/ resolving problems, and
escalating problems for appropriate resolutions.
- Identify and analyze competitive trends based on customer feedbacks (for both products & services).
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage various Pre-sales activities such as preparation of Proposals/ Tenders and feasibility studies for prospect customers.
- Plan & roll-out time-bound projects such as the IP BTS implementation, migration projects, and rural-
connectivity projects on a PAN India basis.
- Coordination of technical & commercial requirements within the company and with customers.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for new applications, & manage new solution requirements from existing customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Sales coordination roles between our Malaysian business unit & Headquarters on a day-to-
day basis, which involved operational and commercial tasks.
- Act as the primary coordination point for customers across Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, & Middle East.
- Act as the interface between our technical team and customers to ensure systematic dissemination of information to new and existing customers.
- Handle all logistics related issues & requirements of customer to ensure timely deliveries for new & repaired VSAT equipment for Malaysia.
- Manage day-to-day filings of information for corporate clients for knowledge management purposes.
